Each year, Mightybytes produces an annual Impact Report that outlines in detail how we made good on our commitment to benefit society.

In 2013, we became one of the first Public Benefit Corporations in the state of Illinois. This change in our company’s legal structure allows us to claim a public benefit to society alongside our need to pursue profit in order to maintain a viable business.

To validate our public benefit, we use B Lab’s B Impact as an objective, third-party validation to help us achieve high, verified levels of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
